Objective: To present a clearly defined understanding of leadership on the basis of service and commitment to the global community.

    Our group believes a leader is an individual who causes change in one place but affects everything around them, creating the theme of water drops which causes an instant change in the surroundings once it impacts the surface. With this in mind we have decided to show how leaders of the past and current have made this change and the attributes that best explains the actions they took.

Some of the descriptive attributes that we have found to occur most common in leaders are good communication skills, inspiring, passionate, tenacity with these attributes we desire to empower future leaders with a general idea of what there actions should reflect.     

	Quote: The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today. Let us move forward with strong and active faith.

For example Franklin Delnor Roosevelt was a man who had the ability move the masses through his ability to communicate and solve the problems of the nation.  Bill Cosby was also able to capture this trait with his many years of show business and public speeches.

  Billy Graham has inspired many people across this nation during his many years of crusades, giving hope to the sick and inspiring them to continue the fight for their health.

    Passion is defined as compelled by, or ruled by intense emotion or strong feeling. Jaime Escalante, a man who had a passion to teaching was able to teach the un-teachable. Adapting  the material to the troubled youth surrounded by gang violence he was able to introduce a world of mathematics and science to assist them in their future goals.

 No one has been more tenacious about what they do then Michael Jordan. Michael Jordan had the desire to play basketball in his youth, but was not good enough to make the team. But he did not let that stop him. He continued to chase his goal with persistent determination.
