Team C.A.D.R.E. is comprised of six hardworking individuals, three from Classen SAS: Donald James,
Christine Williams, Teresa Vu; and three from OSU: Raechelle Reed, Andre Storey, and Lucille
Hawkins. We have been brought together through the Inclusion Leadership Program and have
worked diligently to bring you our interpretation of some of the qualities of a successful leader.
